On Mar 13th, 2016, Flyer Steel Silo Co., Ltd. led the customers from Kazakhstan, Mr. Zokirov and his friend, to visit our silo project. Since they came for grain storage silo, we arranged them to visit our grain silo project in HEBEI BAIYUDONG FLOUR MANUFACTURING CO.,LTD., which is located in Shahe county, Xingtai city, Hebei province. Founded in 2012, BAIYUDONG is a large flour milling factory with several branches in Hebei and Shanxi province. There are 14 silos in their head factory, among which the maximum storing capacity is 4000T and the minimum one is 500T. All the silo projects in the head factory, along with all the silos in other branches, are manufactured by Flyer. In the early 2016, BAIYUDONG plans to increase another 33 grain silos, and now the plan is under arrangement with Flyer.

Mr. Zokirov is an expert on flour complete set equipments. He also has 20 years’ experience in steel silo manufacture. During visiting in the factory, Mr. Zokirov focused on the design, construction technology and equipments installation of the silo project. He even went into the foundation of the silo to inspect the internal structure in person. After visiting the factory, Mr. Zokirov spoke highly of our design and construction work. He showed the engineer the specifications and requirements on design about their proposed silo, and indicated that he would be happy to come to China again for a in-depth discussion on this project.

How to protect chemical tank from corrosion?

Chemical storage tanks are mainly used for storing chemicals. Different from grain bins and cement silos, chemical properties of chemical tank surface must be stable so that it can’t react with chemicals.
